I though the hotel itself (the room and the facilities) was great, worthy of the 5 stars, but the staff were invisible. It seemed like they didn’t have enough. And getting anything done from reception was a task. 3 star service at best, which was a shame. Will not go back.

I also had a problem with an unnecessarily large box used by the merchant. From then, I specifically tell the merchant to pack it nice and small. It has worked so far. Also, when I buy multiple items from Amazon, I do not use the fast shipping even though I can. Instead I use the free shipping, in which case, amazon makes sure that they put all items in one box :)
